Welcome dinner!

Since all the international students of this semester has arrived, we would like to welcome you all with a welcome dinner. The dinner will take place this Wednesday at 18.00, in the student cafeteria.

After the dinner, students will form groups with other students from the same country, in order to make creative posters that can be used for the International Day, 3/2, where students are having stands in the main hall and representing their home universities.

Hope to see you all this Wednesday for a good dinner and socializing!

This Friday, October 30th, ESN together with Østsia, will host a Halloween Party.

This Friday, October 30th, ESN together with Østsia will host a Halloween Party. The party will be at Østsia, and starts at 22.30! Cover is 40 NOK, so dress up in your scariest costume and be prepared for a night of fun! There will be prizes for best costume. See you there!!

Potluck Dinner and Dance

This event takes place at Østsia, the university pub, Wednesday 21st at 17.30. Here is a discription of what it is;

"Potluck" is a gathering where every guest brings a meal to share with the others. The meal that you bring have to be big enough to share with the guests (some, not all). You can bring what ever you want, a starter, main course or a dessert. We will be very happy if you bring something from your country. Everyone is welcome to join, but remember to bring some food. If you want to join but you do not want to bring some food, then you have to pay 100 kr in entrance fee.

October 20-23 are International Days at the University of Agder.

Hi everyone!

October 20-23 are International Days at the University of Agder. The exchange students will have stands in the main hall from 10.30-14 both Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st. This is a good opportunity for the International students to inform local students about their home universities.

The countries have been divided, some will have stands on Tuesday and some on Wednesday. Here is the list of which countries presenting on what day:
